  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Brit Buyers is not responsible for items lost during return transit.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must go through the standard return process.
